Day 204 May 14, 2002

Kart racing rocks! My cousin Al, my good buddy Darrin and 13 others rented a race track for the day (actually Laurie got it for me for our anniversary). It was a blast. The local pro showed us some pointers and turned us loose. It felt great to be back behind the wheel again. We had a few races and the three of us quickly rose to the top. We are going to try an 8 hour endurance race as a team. We need one or two more drivers (fast ones please, I like to win). Maybe Dave H? Cory? Butchie? We'll be interviewing perspective drivers soon. Back at the cabin I put the remaining kitchen wall cabinets up, cut out the hole for the sink and dry fit it and it's plumbing. I'm still waiting on the sink base which I ordered and don't expect till the 24th.
