Day 220 June 18, 2002
A clean cabin is a happy cabin. I think Mary Poppins said that. Or my Mom. Anyway, the dirt, boot marks,
bird doo, and mold on the exterior need to be cleaned off in preparation for the finish. I got out the bleach
and water, filled up the old 2 gallon sprayer and sprayed the whole cabin down, starting at the bottom to avoid
streaks as they told me at cabin building school. After it set a short while I hosed it off thoroughly with the
hose. When it dried, it was clean as a whistle and a little ummm...bleached.
After bleaching, I started working on a nice stand to put my TV on in the great room. This is critical! I
want to be comfortable as I veg.
10 hours, I think but I was also reading "Insomnia" for a while; nice outside.
