Well, well, well. Look at what we have here:

Seems Mr. Goetz, AKA "the well guy", has paid up. I told you I would win. I guess when he saw that I was about to seize his property via the sheriff, he knew the time had come. Was it worth the effort? I suppose so. Was wining in court against a Judge for a lawyer satisfying? Yes. Do I think this will dissuade Mr. Goetz from ripping people off in the future? Absolutely not. Call me cynical but I saw no evidence of remorse, or more importantly, shame.
