Day 152 February 11, 2002

I worked on the rough wiring all day until I ran out of wire. So far I have the 5 smoke detectors, living room outlets and lights, outside lights above the doors and bathroom wires done. I still have the kitchen, bedrooms and a few miscellaneous items left. I have used 250 feet of 14/2 cable, 250 feet of 14/3 and 100 of 12/2. The first number in 14/2 is the wire gauge (size) and the next number is the number of them in the cable. There is a ground wire in the cable to but that's not in the 14/2.
