Day 157 February 16, 2002

Laurie and I slept in till 10:30, had a breakfast of leftover chocolate cake and then we commenced wiring. We ran all the wires to the bedroom outlets and the kitchen. We also finalized the design of the kitchen cabinets and Laurie scraped the windows where she had put on the poly last week. I used up another 250 feet of 14/2 cable.

Darrin wanted some wide shots of the cabin. The first one is looking down from the loft into the living room. The second one is from the living room looking into the future kitchen. If you look closely you will see I used a 5 foot level to make sure all the outlets above the counter will be even. Very even.

Tomorrow my sister and her 2 kids are coming up. We are going to build pinewood derby cars for Ryan's cub scout race. Naturally I'll build one for myself and yes, it will be black and yes, it will be fast.
