Day 186 April 22, 2002

Tying up loose ends today. A few small pieces of drywall, some cleaning up, a trip to the Rowley's for more stuff. I needed 2x4's for the closet framing and more drywall and corner bead for the corners. That's the metal (or vinyl) 90 degree piece that gets attached to the outside corners of a drywall wall to protect them from typhoon Laurie. I mean protect them from things banging into them. I got frustrated at the Rowley's because some of the employees are assholes. I don't understand how they can run a business with people who are nasty interacting with customers. I like George, Jesse and Dan but the rest are flunkies at best. I got a flunky this time. So I left without buying the drywall. Tomorrow I will go to Liberty Lumber and get it. Ha! The way I see it I should only have 7 sheets of drywall left to install. Oh yeah, I also installed the light fixtures in the loft and hall.
