Day 225 June 23, 2002

More odds and ends today. Laurie went running and I finished roofing the woodshed.

I must mention that the woodshed was created entirely of left over materials, from fasteners to logs to OSB sheathing to shingles etc. Being a pack rat isn't always bad. It worked out great.

We then trimmed some dead branches, burned some more scrap wood, built a small garden box and planted my tomato plants in it. We took a break in the afternoon to watch a movie ("Monster's Ball") in our new bed. Sweet. After that Laurie stained the woodshed. Now it matches the cabin. Who wants to fill it up? Any volunteers? Cowards!

We had dinner out and caught "The Sum Of All Fears". Not bad, not great.

5 hours or so, warm and nice.
