Day 235 August 3, 2002

I want to finish the big window trim today so Laurie and I can use the ladders outside to put up the soffit T+G. I was doing just that when the phone rang and Dave asked if we wanted company. Of course I said. He and fellow Nissan guru Mike had been out for a motorcycle ride and came up to visit. We showed Mike around the cabin, had some pizza and then took a walk back to the stream to see the sights. It was good to visit. As they left I wanted a bike badly. Anyway, I finished up the window trim and polyed it while Laurie put 2 coats of poly on all the new trim. She is now a master poly person.
