Day 31, Saturday September 1, 2001

Its been a whole month already. I'm a little behind schedule but not too bad. Today we are taking off. My buddy Dave Hart is coming up for a visit. His timing is lousy, there is no work to do! The concrete needs to cure 3 days before I can take the forms off, so its break time. We give Dave the 10 cent tour and show him around. He brought us a ton of gatorade. Thanks Dave. Some day we hope to show Dave's wife Deb the place, but she wants to wait for indoor plumbing. Wimp!

We have tickets to see Ronnie Milsap up in Catskill tonight and plan to stay over in the Friar Tuck Inn. It's a strange place that looks like a castle. Its huge. The concert was great, we had great seats. Did you know that he had 40 #1 hits? It was nice to sleep in a real bed. I took a long shower Saturday and a bath Sunday! First time I've been really clean in a month.
