Up and laying block before 8 AM. I am slowly improving my technique. Slowly. I am comforted by the fact that I've seen Bob Vila lay block on TV and he sucks at it too! I continue to build up the corners. The walls will be filled in between the corners. The corners are within a quarter inch of level to each other and a quarter inch of perfectly square. While it is working out fine, there is no reason on this earth why you should not use the "L" shaped corner blocks.
