Day 94 November 3, 2001

Laurie and I put up the outlookers on the second wall and started cutting the outlookers for the log gable wall. They are different, 2x6 instead of 2x4, also longer because of the prow. They get 2 notches and 5 holes and since there is no loft to stand a ladder on, much more challenging to put up. It is dark by 5:15, too dark to make precision cuts and climb scaffolds, so we head into the hole to install the footing drain pipes. Bada bing bada boom, we finish that. Laurie comes in and makes meatballs and I clean up and work on the web site. She calls the cops to find out if we can come down and file a complaint on the well guy, but they say come Monday. OK I will.
