Day 127 December 14, 2001 Friday

The insulation crew of 2 came and installed my insulation in half a day. When they were done, they asked me for a broom, and I was thrilled to lend them one. Finally, a crew who cleans up after themselves. Alas, he used it to sweep his truck out. He deposited the crap a few feet from my sliding door and left. They probably don't realize it, but they blew a nice tip by leaving the place a huge mess. I spent a few hours cleaning up after them. With the house now weather tight, the wood stove warmed the house up nicely. It wasn't really cold outside, so it wasn't a true test.
